If you’ve been following along with the DND Series, we’ve already tackled some big steps to set ourselves up for an amazing 2025. Together, we’ve done a Life Audit to highlight our strengths and weaknesses, explored our dreams with 111 Wishes to envision the lives we truly want, learned practical and spiritual ways to let go of others’ opinions so they no longer hold us back, and created vision boards that allow us to feel our dream life. Our next part to the series; Scripting.

When you first start scripting, it can feel a bit like playing pretend. And if you’re skeptical, I get it. Basically, if vision boarding is about creating a collage of pictures and visuals for your dream life, scripting is like writing the script for that dream. It begins with imagining your life without any limitations: limitless money, resources, and responsibilities. It’s like designing a character in a video game.
What clothes does she wear?
Who does she spend her time with?
How does she speak, and what does she talk about?
How do people feel when they’re around her?
What’s their first impression when they see her?
To help you dive in, you can use the ‘ Action Plan’ template below. It’s packed with prompts to help you define it all.

Once you have a clear vision, it’s time to put it into action. Grab your journal, phone, or a piece of paper, and start writing about a day or scenario as if you’re already living as that version of yourself.
Write everything in the present tense, as though it’s happening right now in your daily life. What does a typical day look like? Are you waking up in your dream home? Heading off to your perfect job? Maybe you’re planning a trip, meeting friends for lunch, or spending time with your partner, what are they like? Think about the details. What are you wearing? What kind of car do you drive? The more vivid and specific you can make this, the more real it begins to feel.
Have so much fun with this! Let your imagination run wild, and don’t hold back. This is an exercise you can do as often as you want to. Talk about what you’re grateful for, celebrate the things in your dream life that light you up. Write about how fun, exciting, and fulfilling your life feels.
While you’re scripting, try to look at life as a game. If you need some inspiration, check out the video “Life Is a Game and This Is How You Win” by Tam Kaur, it sums this up perfectly. Life can change at any time. You hold the power to decide what your experience looks like. Ask yourself: if life really was just a game, and there was no real risk, what would you be doing? What would you go after that you’ve been holding back on? Would you change careers? Move somewhere new? Start that project you’ve been dreaming about? Write it all down, and don’t let the fear make you hesitate. You’re the main character, you get to make the rules.
