She's best known for her podcast Hurdle where she interviews athletes, entrepreneurs, and high performers in business about the challenges they've faced (hurdles one might call them) and how they've overcome them. The tone throughout is encouraging, authentic, and makes you feel like you can accomplish anything if you just plan out the steps well enough. She's also on Instagram @emilyabatte and @hurdlepodcast. What I love about Emily's content is she really has been in every stage of health and wellness. She openly speaks about her struggles with food growing up, entering the world of running, and how she built her company.

At first glance Arielle's page just seems like aesthetic wellness content but if you dig a little deeper it's filled with ways to improve your physical and mental health, practical advice, and her story of overcoming an alcohol and drug addiction. I think she does a great job of blending things like beauty trends with more serious topics like hormone health. (it's also a great place to find discount codes on luxury wellness products) Her down to earth approach is the perfect place to dip your toes in.
