and I'm so happy you're here. My journey into natural wellness began with my struggle with cystic hormonal acne, which led me to explore holistic approaches to healing from the inside out. I founded Evergreen West as a space to share not just my skincare journey, but the blend of naturopathy, Western medicine, and lifestyle shifts that have shaped my wellness path.

Let's be real though— I’m not here to promote a picture perfect life of constant health and flawless aesthetics. I believe in balance (and yes, that includes indulging in a pizza blanco and a dirty martini every now and then). My goal isn’t perfection, it’s empowerment.
