My name is Jenny and for years I struggled with chronic cystic acne. I spent so much time (and money) trying every product, every quick fix, every trend, desperately trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. But things didn’t start to shift until I stopped chasing a miracle product and started looking at my whole life. When I began treating wellness as a lifestyle (not a checkbox or a crash course) everything changed. Slowly, consistently, I started to heal. And it didn’t just clear my skin, it changed how I showed up in every area of my life.
